Completed my education, Masters degree in statistics and then Masters in Business Administration 1987, had an experience to work with MNC's like H.L.L. , Voltas at Mumbai and Alfa Laval in Pune for total of not more than 2 years.

An event organized by L.I.C. for their top performer at Fariyas, Lonavala in 1988 which I could attend as a representative of my institute IFSERT and there everything changed. Looking at the personalities like Shri. M.C. Shah (Madhubhai), Shri. Ashok Gokarn and many others made me think about career in Insurance as Development Officer.

In the year 1988, joined L.I.C s Development Officer with great ideas in mind and now got Great opportunity to work as Sr. Business Associate In about 3 years span understood the industry and my role, then realized Customer is an ultimately KING of the game. Believed if you can keep your customer satisfied throughout, you can be successful. It took almost a decade to reach the top performers of the country.

Always believed "What is Today", becomes 'Yesterday' and what is 'Tomorrow' becomes 'Today'.

Gave my best even in the smallest matter and always performed well in practicing my value and ethics.

As on March 31, 2011 the performance of my professional partner agents have put me 5th on the All India Map and 2nd in the Western Region. It was a dream come true year, to produce highest number of most professionalagents in the entire country i e produced 19 MDRT agents by December 2010. Also it was a year 2010-11, remarkable since the total commission paid to all the agents crossed the magic figure of Rs.5 crores. It was my journey since 1989 till today to keep my partners motivated and committed to serve all the esteemed policyholders of L.I.C.We as a team always will strive to give the best to the Society and Industry.

Today in the era of technology, the thought of having this website as a Sr. Business Associate is to serve our policyholders round the clock... a virtual office for them 24/ 7.
