Completed my education, Masters degree in staistics and then Masters in Business Adminstrationin 1987, had an experience to work with MNC's like H.L.L. , Voltas at Mumbai and Alfa Laval in Pune for total of not more than 2 years.

An event organised by L.I.C. fortheir top performer at Fariyas, Lonavala in 1988 which I could attend as a representative of my institute IFSERT and there everything changed. Looking at the personalities like Shri. M.C. Shah (Madhubhai), Shri.Ashok Gokarn and many others made me think about career in Insurance as Development Officer. In the year 1988, joined L.I.C s Development Officer with great ideas in mind.

In about 3 years span understood the industry and my role, then realised Customer isan ultimately KING of the game. Beleived if you can keep your customer satisfied throughout, you can be successful. It took almost a decade to reach the top performers of the country.

Always beleived "What is Today", becomes 'Yesterday' and what is 'Tommorrow' becomes 'Today'.

Gave my best even in the smallest matter and always performed well in practising my value and ethics.

As on 31st march 2005, the performance of my professional partners have put me 6th in all India map and 4th in our Western region. It was my journey snce 1989 till today to keep my partners motivated and commited to serve all the esteemed policyholders of L.I.C. We as a team always will strive to give the best to the Society and Industry.

Today in the era of technology, the thought of having this website as an Develpment Officer is to serve our policyholders round the clock... a virtual office for them 24/ 7. Am very glad to welcome you to know more about Insurance Industry and in particular help you to plan your portfolio in the most professional manner.
