How to file a claim under the overseas mediclaim policy?

In case a claim has to be filed under the Overseas Mediclaim policy by the insured,

• He/ she must Contact Mercury International Assistance and Claims, Ltd at Brighton, Sussex in England immediately and obtain a claim form.
• Fill and submit the claim form with all the relevant details of the original policy, proposal form and receipt, if any.
• Original bills/ receipts.
• Details of air-ticket.
• In case the claim is not submitted while abroad, then the details thereof.
